Dilimize yabanc\u0131 dillerden ge\u00e7mi\u015f olan bu ve benzeri terimlerin anlamlar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlamakta fayda var:<\/p>\n<h4>Konduit nedir?\u00a0Konduit ile Boru aras\u0131nda ne fark vard\u0131r?<\/h4>\n<p>Konduit, rijit yada b\u00fck\u00fclgen i\u00e7i bo\u015f borudur. Evet asl\u0131nda konduit bir borudur ama neden &#8220;boru&#8221; yerine &#8220;konduit&#8221; terimi kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r? Buradaki temel fark, i\u015flevlerindedir. Kelime anlam\u0131\u00a0 olarak <strong>ini\u015f,al\u00e7alma<\/strong> demektir. Elektrik terminolojisinde ise d\u00fc\u015feyde at\u0131lan konduitler i\u00e7in bu terim kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Buna ra\u011fmen, fark\u0131nda olmadan &#8220;EMT boru&#8221; derken &#8220;<strong>E<\/strong>lectrical <strong>M<\/strong>etallic <strong>T<\/strong>ubing&#8221; diye dolayl\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131yoruz. Tube, boru demektir. Tubing ise borulama demektir. ancak burada \u015f\u00f6yle bir n\u00fcans vard\u0131r. Mekanikte ise klima yada s\u0131hhi tesisat bak\u0131r borulamas\u0131 i\u00e7in &#8220;copper tubing&#8221; terimi kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Asl\u0131nda bu sistem i\u00e7in &#8220;Tube&#8221; kelimesinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 en ba\u015fta a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z konduit ve boru ayr\u0131m\u0131na biraz ters d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Mesela RSC (Rigid Steel Conduit) rijit \u00e7elik konduit demektir, IMC (Intermediate Metal Conduit) Orta S\u0131n\u0131f Metal Konduit demektir. Bu konduit tiplerinde &#8220;tubing&#8221; terimi ge\u00e7mez \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu konduitlerde montaj di\u015fli olarak \u00f6zel fittingslerle yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Esnek Konduit ile B\u00fck\u00fclebilir Konduit ayn\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>TSE, &#8220;Pliable conduit&#8221; terimi i\u00e7in &#8220;Esnek boru&#8221;, &#8220;Flexible conduit&#8221; terimi i\u00e7in &#8220;B\u00fck\u00fclgen boru&#8221; ifadesini kullanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Esnek boru(Pliable conduit), makul bir kuvvet uygulayarak elle e\u011filebilen ve s\u0131kl\u0131kla b\u00fck\u00fcl\u00fcp a\u00e7\u0131lan yerlerde kullanmaya uygun olmayan konduittir. B\u00fck\u00fclebilir boru(Flexible conduit) ise makul ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kuvvet uygulayarak elle b\u00fck\u00fclebilen ve\u00a0\u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca b\u00fck\u00fcl\u00fcp a\u00e7\u0131lan yerlerde kullanmaya uygun olan konduittir.<\/p>\n<p>Piyasada bulunan ve<strong> d\u00fcz boru<\/strong> diye tabir edilen konduitler <strong>rijit konduit<\/strong>, <strong>kangal boru<\/strong> diye tabir edilen konduitler <strong>esnek konduit<\/strong>(pliable conduit) ve <strong>spiral boru<\/strong> diye tabir edilen konduitler ise <strong>b\u00fck\u00fclebilir konduit<\/strong> (flexible conduit) olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>Nedir bu rakamlar?<\/h4>\n<p>Herhangi bir konduit \u00fcreticisinin katalo\u011funu elinize ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda her konduit i\u00e7in 2232, 4341, 1232 gibi 4 rakaml\u0131 say\u0131lar verilir. Bu rakamlar\u0131n ne oldu\u011funa pek dikkat edilmese de her bir basamaktaki rakam, ilgilendi\u011fimiz konduitin standartlarda tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f testler neticesinde ait oldu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 betimler.<\/p>\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da 2 ayr\u0131 \u00fcreticinin katalo\u011funda yer alan \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131\u011f\u0131 kodlar (4341, 2232) \u00f6rnek olarak verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1965\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/resim11.png\" alt=\"resim1\" width=\"1142\" height=\"589\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Elektrik konduitlerinin s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte TS EN 61386-1-2008 standard\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu standartta, sadece 4 basamak de\u011fil, 12 basamak i\u00e7in tan\u0131mlama yap\u0131lmakta, her bir basamaktaki rakam\u0131n neye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fi g\u00f6sterilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 61386-1, temel olarak konduitleri 3 ana ba\u015fl\u0131\u011fa b\u00f6lmektedir. Bu 3 ba\u015fl\u0131\u011fa ilaveten topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc konduitleri de ayr\u0131 bir ba\u015fl\u0131k olarak ele almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 61386-21 ile rijit yap\u0131daki konduitlerle ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 61386-22 ile esnek (pliable) yap\u0131daki konduitlerle ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 61386-23 ile b\u00fck\u00fclebilir (flexible) yap\u0131daki konduitlerle ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 61386-24 ile topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc konduitlerle ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 61386-1 dahil olmak \u00fczere toplam 5 adet standard\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yledir: Konduitlerin s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in t\u00fcm kriterleri\u00a0TS EN 61386-1 standard\u0131nda detayl\u0131ca verilir. E\u011fer bu kriterlere ilave yap\u0131lacaksa yada bu kriterlerden sapma yap\u0131lacaksa bu durum ilgili konduitin standard\u0131nda ifade tariflenir. Mesela, rijit yap\u0131daki konduitler i\u00e7in s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma testinin TS EN 61386-1&#8217;de tariflendi\u011fi bi\u00e7imiyle yap\u0131lmas\u0131 istendi\u011finden\u00a0TS EN 61386-21&#8217;de s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma testine de\u011finilmez, TS EN 61386-1 refere edilir. Ancak\u00a0esnek (pliable) yap\u0131daki konduitlerle ilgili s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma testine baz\u0131 ilaveler istendi\u011finden bu test\u00a0TS EN 61386-22&#8217;de tekrar ele al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h4>1. S\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma Testi (Compression Test)<\/h4>\n<p>\u00dcreticinin sundu\u011fu, 20cm uzunlu\u011fundaki numune konduit 23\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki ortamda \u00f6zel bir aparatta s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmaya tabi tutulur. D\u00fcz bir \u00e7elik d\u00fczlem \u00fczerine yat\u0131r\u0131lan numuneye, \u00fcstten 30 saniye i\u00e7inde yava\u015f yava\u015f artan bir kuvvet uygulan\u0131r. Uygulanan kuvvet 125N, 320N, 750N, 1250N veya 4000N olabilir. 30s sonunda hedeflenen kuvvete gelindi\u011finde numune 60s s\u00fcreyle kuvvet alt\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. Kuvvet y\u00fcz\u00fcnden d\u00fczle\u015fen konduitin yeni d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131 ile ilk d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131 aras\u0131nda %25 ila %50 aras\u0131nda bir oran olu\u015facakt\u0131r. E\u011fer bu oran %25den az kalm\u0131\u015fsa ilave bir test daha yap\u0131l\u0131r. 30s sonunda \u00e7aplar oran\u0131n\u0131 %30 yapacak kuvvet tespit edilir. Yeni numuneye bu kuvvet uygulan\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece 30s sonunda \u00e7aplar oran\u0131 %25 ila %50 aras\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r. Bu durum sa\u011flan\u0131nca kuvvet kald\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve 15 dakika beklenir. 15 dakika sonunda \u00e7aplar oran\u0131 %10u a\u015fm\u0131yorsa numune testi ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Topra\u011fa g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fc konduit sistemleri i\u00e7in s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma testinde yine biraz farkl\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131r. Yine 20cm uzunlu\u011funda numune kullan\u0131l\u0131r ama bu kez test aparat\u0131 2 \u00e7elik plakadan olu\u015fur. 10x22x1.5cm ebatlar\u0131ndaki bu iki \u00e7elik plakan\u0131n aras\u0131na numune 22cmlik kenara paralel olarak konur ve 15mm\/min olacak \u015fekilde , i\u00e7 \u00e7ap\u0131n bozulmas\u0131 %5&#8217;e denk gelene kadar\u00a0\u00a0kuvvet uygulan\u0131r. Darbe Testi (Impact Test)<\/h4>\n<p>\u00dcreticinin sundu\u011fu, 20cm uzunlu\u011fundaki 12 adet numune konduit (veya konduit fittingi) \u00f6zel bir aparat alt\u0131nda darbe testine tabi tutulur. Test \u00f6ncesi aparat ve t\u00fcm numuneler bir so\u011futucunun i\u00e7ine konarak konduitin tasarlanm\u0131\u015f en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na getirilir. Bu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa ula\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra aparat marifetiyle her bir numunenin \u00fczerine belli bir mesafeden belli bir a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Numuneler tekrar\u00a020\u00b0C s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa eri\u015ftikten sonra konduit d\u00fc\u015fey durumdayken i\u00e7inden uygun bir kesitin hi\u00e7 bir zorlanma yada kuvvet gerektirmeden kendi a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ge\u00e7ti\u011fi g\u00f6zlemlenmelidir.
