Dizel olmas\u0131 durumunda elektriksel tasar\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan i\u015fler kolayla\u015f\u0131r ama elektrikli se\u00e7ilmesi durumunda daha dikkatli olunmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Yaz\u0131n\u0131n as\u0131l konusu yang\u0131n pompa setleriyle birlikte gelen \u00fcreticinin imalat\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 pompa enerji panolar\u0131 yada otomatik transfer panolar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi de\u011fildir. Bu panolara bina panosundan gelecek elektrik beslemesinin nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131 ile ilgilidir. Bu nedenle standartlarda yer alan ve yang\u0131n pompa panosunu tarifleyen k\u0131s\u0131mlara yer verilmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><em>Elektrikli yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131n elektrik beslemesi nas\u0131l olmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/em> diye bir soru sordu\u011fumuzda ister istemez yang\u0131n ile ilgili y\u00f6netmeliklere bakmam\u0131z gerekir. \u00dclkemizde yang\u0131n ile ilgili d\u00fczenlemelerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin ismi Binalar\u0131n Yang\u0131ndan Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik (BYKHY)&#8217;dir. Elbette bu y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin i\u00e7inde her detay\u0131 bulmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Y\u00d6NETMEL\u0130KLER ve STANDARTLAR<\/h4>\n<h5>1.1. BYKHY&#8217;de yer alan maddeler<\/h5>\n<p>Buradan yola \u00e7\u0131karak yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131n elektrik beslemesinin nas\u0131l olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle BYKHY&#8217;e bakal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madde 93<\/strong>&#8216;de yang\u0131n pompalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u015fartlar s\u0131ralanmaktad\u0131r. EN 12845&#8217;de yer alan maddeler<\/h5>\n<p>Her ne kadar uluslararas\u0131 standart desek de bu standart T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olarak TS EN 12845 ad\u0131 ile \u00fclkemizde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fcktedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu standart, <em>Sabit Yang\u0131n S\u00f6nd\u00fcrme Sistemleri-Otomatik Sprinkler Sistemleri-Tasar\u0131m, Montaj ve Bak\u0131m\u0131<\/em> konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu standard\u0131n 10. b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yang\u0131n pompalar\u0131nda aranan mekanik elektrik t\u00fcm \u015fartlar yer almaktad\u0131r. 10.8. numaral\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise elektrikle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan pompa setlerinde aranan \u015fartlar listelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>TS EN 12845 numaral\u0131 standarda <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metaspm.com\/mekanikelektriktesisatcom\/TSEN12845.pdf\">buraya t\u0131klayarak<\/a> <\/strong>ula\u015fabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1991\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ts12845_1.jpg\" alt=\"TS12845_1\" width=\"662\" height=\"941\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1992\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ts12845_2.jpg\" alt=\"TS12845_2\" width=\"668\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>1.3. Ayr\u0131ca NFPA-70 Makale 695&#8217;de de benzer \u015fekilde elektrikli yang\u0131n pomplar\u0131na de\u011finilmektedir. Bu iki standart olduk\u00e7a uzun oldu\u011fundan g\u00f6rselleri yerine sadece linkleri verilmi\u015ftir. NFPA 20 B\u00f6l\u00fcm 9&#8217;a <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metaspm.com\/mekanikelektriktesisatcom\/NFPA20Section9.pdf\">b<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metaspm.com\/mekanikelektriktesisatcom\/NFPA20Section9.pdf\">uraya t\u0131klayarak<\/a> ,\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0NFPA 70 Art 695 &#8216;e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metaspm.com\/mekanikelektriktesisatcom\/NFPA70Art695.pdf\"><strong>buraya t\u0131klayarak<\/strong><\/a> ula\u015fabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<h5>1.4. FM Global&#8217;de yer alan maddeler<\/h5>\n<p>FM Global 3-7 numaral\u0131 datasheet&#8217;in 2.7. b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ve 3.1.13. b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde elektrikli yang\u0131n pompas\u0131 beslemesi hakk\u0131nda ko\u015fullar verilmektedir. Bu datasheet&#8217;e <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.metaspm.com\/mekanikelektriktesisatcom\/FMDS0307.pdf\">buraya t\u0131klayarak<\/a><\/strong> ula\u015fabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2010 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/firepumps2.jpg\" alt=\"firepumps2\" width=\"366\" height=\"265\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>2. Nereden ba\u015flamal\u0131y\u0131z?<\/h4>\n<p>Her ne kadar hiyerar\u015finin ba\u015f\u0131nda da bulunsalar BYKHY ve TS EN 12845&#8217;i pas ge\u00e7erek tasar\u0131m\u0131 NFPA&#8217;ye g\u00f6re yapmak bizleri yan\u0131ltmayacakt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc NFPA&#8217;ye g\u00f6re tasar\u0131m yap\u0131p daha sonra BYKHY ve TS EN 12845&#8217;e g\u00f6re kontrol etmek daha kolay olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7as\u0131 NFPA70 Art. 695&#8217;e bakmak yerinde olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Yang\u0131n pompas\u0131 besleme kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131 besleyecek kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 se\u00e7memiz gerekir. Projemizin durumuna ve imkanlar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re nas\u0131l bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131ndan besleme almam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini tespit etmek gerekir. Sadece \u015febeke ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 yeterli mi? Jenerat\u00f6r gerekli mi? Dizel s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc pompan\u0131n etkisi var m\u0131? gibi sorulara cevap bulunabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle gerek EN 12845&#8217;de gerekse NFPA-20&#8217;de yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131 besleyen kayna\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcrekli olmas\u0131, NFPA-70 ve FMDS 3-7&#8217;de de ise g\u00fcvenilir (reliable) olmas\u0131 istenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kayna\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcrekli olmas\u0131ndan 7\/24 emre amade oldu\u011funu anl\u0131yoruz. Mesela tesis tatile girdi\u011finde elektrik kayna\u011f\u0131 off konuma getiriliyorsa burada s\u00fcreklilik yoktur. Ancak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde zaten elektrik \u015febekesinde s\u00fcreklilik esast\u0131r. Kayna\u011f\u0131n g\u00fcvenilir olmas\u0131 ise farkl\u0131 bir kriter. G\u00fcvenilirlik biraz subjektif bir husus. Ancak burada FMDS 3-7 g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fe bir kriter getirmi\u015f:<\/p>\n<p><em>G\u00fcvenilir g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7evresel yada insan kaynakl\u0131 sebeplerden dolay\u0131 ender olarak kesintiye u\u011frar. 12 ayl\u0131k ge\u00e7mi\u015f periyot i\u00e7inde 3 veya daha fazla say\u0131da 8 saatlik kesinti ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f bir kaynak g\u00fcvenilir say\u0131lmaz.Ayr\u0131ca k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli de olsa s\u0131k s\u0131k kesinti ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f kaynak da g\u00fcvenilir say\u0131lmaz.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer normal kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcrekli ve g\u00fcvenilir de\u011filse alternatif bir kayna\u011fa ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var demektir.<strong> (Bak\u0131n\u0131z NFPA70 Art. 695.3)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Yang\u0131n pompas\u0131 hatt\u0131 \u00fczerine ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131m koruma cihaz\u0131 konulmas\u0131<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra kolon hatt\u0131 \u00fczerine ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131m koruma cihaz\u0131 koyabilme \u015fartlar\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131m cihaz\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7imi standart elektrik kurallar\u0131ndan burada ayr\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Hangi y\u00fck\u00fc hangi s\u00fcreyle tolere edebilece\u011fine kadar detayl\u0131 bilgi verilmektedir. Yani, zaman zaman duydu\u011fumuz &#8220;Yang\u0131n pompa hatt\u0131nda trafodan itibaren NFPA&#8217;ye g\u00f6re bir sigorta, \u015falter olmayacak&#8221; ifadesi do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Hatt\u0131n \u00fczerine ayr\u0131c\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131m koruma cihaz\u0131 baz\u0131 \u015fartlar g\u00f6zetilerek konabilir ama o \u015fartlar\u0131 sa\u011flamakla u\u011fra\u015faca\u011f\u0131na hi\u00e7 bir ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 koymamay\u0131 tercih edenler de olabilir.<strong>(Bak\u0131n\u0131z NFPA70 Art. 695.4)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Transformat\u00f6r ve jenerat\u00f6r se\u00e7imi<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131n pompalar\u0131 genelde y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc motorlardan olu\u015fur. Bu motorlar ilk devreye girme an\u0131nda y\u00fcksek ak\u0131mlar \u00e7ekerler ve \u015febekenin dengesini bozarlar. Gerek trafo gerekse jenerat\u00f6r gibi kaynaklar bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131mlar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131layamazsa sorunlar ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir. Bu nedenle trafoyu ve jenerat\u00f6r\u00fc se\u00e7erken yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131n davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurmak gereklidir.\u00a0.(<strong>Bak\u0131n\u0131z Trafo i\u00e7in NFPA70 Art.695.5 , jenerat\u00f6r i\u00e7in NFPA 20 9.6)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00fc\u00e7 Kablolamas\u0131 ve Gerilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 kablosunu \u00e7ekerken dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar di\u011fer kablolamadan farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Mesela yang\u0131n pompa kablosunu di\u011fer kablo demetinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek, yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak gibi ko\u015fullar vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 kablo (\u00f6rn. N2XH FE 180) kullan\u0131m\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde direkt bir zorunluluk olmasa da s\u00f6z konusu besleme kablosunun en az 2 saat yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 hale getirilmesi \u015fart ko\u015fulmu\u015ftur. Yani NYY t\u00fcr\u00fc bir kablo kullan\u0131p bu kabloyu 2 saat yang\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir b\u00f6lmenin i\u00e7inden g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek de NFPA&#8217;ye uygunluk a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeterlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca kesit se\u00e7iminde y\u00fck ak\u0131m\u0131 olarak pompan\u0131n tam y\u00fck ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n %125ine, jokey pompa ile di\u011fer pompa aksesuarlar\u0131n\u0131n tam y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn ilave edilerek bulunmas\u0131 istenmektedir. Gerilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc hesab\u0131 yaparken ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma an\u0131nda pompa klemenslerinde nominal gerilimin maksimum %15 d\u00fc\u015fmesine, normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ise nominal ak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n 1.15 kat\u0131 esas al\u0131narak maksimum %5 d\u00fc\u015fmesine m\u00fcsaade edilir.\u00a0(<strong>Bak\u0131n\u0131z G\u00fc\u00e7 Kablolmas\u0131 i\u00e7in NFPA70 Art.695.6 , gerilim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in NFPA 70 Art.695.7)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ekipman\u0131n Yeri<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131 besleyen pompa panosu ve transfer panosunun yang\u0131n pompas\u0131yla ayn\u0131 mahalde daha do\u011frusu ayn\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f alan\u0131 i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 istenmektedir. Bu sebeple bir tesiste jenerat\u00f6r\u00fcn ana\u00a0 transfer panosunun varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ayr\u0131 bir yang\u0131n pompas\u0131 transfer panosu konulmas\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmaz.\u00a0 \u00a0(<strong>Bak\u0131n\u0131z NFPA70 Art.695.12)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>Kontrol Kablolamas\u0131<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Yang\u0131n pompas\u0131n\u0131n kontrol kablolamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle metal konduit i\u00e7inden kablolma yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nerilse de plastik konduite de m\u00fcsaade edilmektedir.\u00a0(<strong>Bak\u0131n\u0131z NFPA70 Art.695.14)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-2008 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/3irepumps2.jpg\" alt=\"3irepumps2\" width=\"452\" height=\"331\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>3.
