Bu yaz\u0131m\u0131zda ise demirden elde edilen di\u011fer bir \u00fcr\u00fcn olan d\u00f6kme demirden bahsedece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle pik demirin ne oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlayal\u0131m:<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7elik yada d\u00f6kme demir \u00fcretiminin ilk a\u015famas\u0131 demir cevherinin i\u015flenmesidir. Demir cevheri, y\u00fcksek f\u0131r\u0131nlarda (Blast furnace) i\u015flenir ve&nbsp;<strong>pik demir (pig iron)<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcretilir. D\u00f6kme Demir (Cast Iron)<\/h4>\n<p>Pik demir olarak \u00fcretilen ara mamuller, kupol ocaklarda eritilerek i\u00e7 yap\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan karbon %2 ila\u0302 4 aras\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. Sadece karbon azalt\u0131m\u0131 d\u00f6kme demirin, end\u00fcstrinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap verecek nitelikte de\u011fildir. So\u011fuma h\u0131z\u0131 gri d\u00f6kme demirde oldu\u011fu gibi<br \/>\nkarbonun grafit lamelleri \u015feklinde \u00e7\u00f6kelmesine izin vermez fakat karbon, demir, krom<br \/>\nyada molibdenle birle\u015ferek karb\u00fcr olu\u015fturur. GGG40&#8217;dan ise k\u00fcresel grafitli (sfero d\u00f6k\u00fcm) d\u00f6kme demir ve 40kgf\/mm2 \u00e7ekme mukavemetli vanadan bahsedildi\u011fini anlar\u0131z. Teknik f\u00f6yde ayn\u0131 zamanda GG15 olarak DIN normunda da ifade yer alabilir.
