Buna kar\u015f\u0131n uygulama projelerinde hesaplamalar ve g\u00f6sterimler, genellikle galvaniz \u00e7elik boruya g\u00f6re (in\u00e7- nominal \u00e7ap, DN ) yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Saha uygulamas\u0131nda ise, esnas\u0131nda bu g\u00f6sterilen boru \u00e7aplar\u0131, ampirik(deneyimsel) bir tablo ile PPR boruya ge\u00e7ildi\u011fine bazen rastlanmakta, bazen de \u00e7izimler \u00fczerinde halen in\u00e7 veya DN olarak tariflenmektedir. Ancak \u00e7ap hesab\u0131na girmeden sadece boru notasyonlar\u0131na bakarak bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yapmak yanl\u0131\u015flara neden olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle PPR boru \u00e7ap d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc yaparken baz\u0131 hususlara dikkat edilmesi gerekmektedir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde daha \u00f6zel uygulamalarda bak\u0131r, paslanmaz malzemeden borular da kullan\u0131labilmekte olup, ayn\u0131 \u00e7ap tariflerinin do\u011fru bir tan\u0131mla yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Boru Anma \u00c7ap\u0131 Tarifi <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EN ISO 6708 Avrupa standard\u0131nda borular\u0131n anma \u00e7ap\u0131 tan\u0131mlar\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. Bu standart \u00fclkemizde de TS 3990 EN ISO 6708 olarak ge\u00e7erlidir. Bu sisteme g\u00f6re anma \u00e7aplar\u0131 DN (Diameter Nominal) olarak ifade edilmektedir. DN i\u00e7in ilgili standart, \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 vermektedir:<\/p>\n<p>Referans ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan, boru sistemi bile\u015fenlerinin boyutunu g\u00f6steren alfa-n\u00fcmerik(harf ve rakamlardan olu\u015fan) bir tan\u0131md\u0131r. DN harflerinden olu\u015fur ve boru deli\u011finin \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n yada son ba\u011flant\u0131 eleman\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n fiziksel boyutuna, milimetre cinsinden, dolayl\u0131 olarak ba\u011fl\u0131 olan boyutsuz bir say\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan takip edilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin DN25 boru dedi\u011fimizde delik \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 25mm oldu\u011fu bir \u00e7elik borunun kastedildi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. Ancak ilgili borunun delik \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n net 25mm olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sadece borunun isimlendirilmesi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca ayn\u0131 standartta, DN harfleriyle belirtilen say\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilen bir de\u011fer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve aksi belirtilmedik\u00e7e hesaplamalarda kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurgulan\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan DN g\u00f6sterim \u015feklini kullanan standartlarda, DN ve bile\u015fen aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin DN\/OD veya DN\/ID gibi belirtilmesi gerekti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-52 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/a1.png\" alt=\"a1\" width=\"324\" height=\"390\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da verdi\u011fimiz \u00f6rnekten yola \u00e7\u0131karsak TS EN 10255 standard\u0131nda DN25 \u00e7elik boruda orta seride i\u00e7 \u00e7ap 27,3mm, a\u011f\u0131r seride 25,7mm, hafif seride 27,9mm\u2019dir. TS EN ISO 3183\u2019de ise i\u00e7 \u00e7ap 26,6mm\u2019dir. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi borunun anma \u00e7ap\u0131 DN25 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen i\u00e7 \u00e7aplar\u0131 birbirinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Haliyle hesaplamalarda hangi boru kullan\u0131ld\u0131ysa onun \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc esas al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi her DN25 siyah \u00e7elik\u00a0 boru ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir. Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131ktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak i\u00e7in \u00f6rne\u011fin DN\/ID 25\/27,3 g\u00f6sterimini kullanmak \u00f6nem kazanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Metrik sistemi kullanmayan Amerika\u2019da ise anma \u00e7aplar\u0131 NPS (Nominal Pipe Size) olarak g\u00f6sterilir. Bu sefer, milimetre cinsinden de\u011fil de in\u00e7 cinsinden bir say\u0131 kullan\u0131l\u0131r.\u00a0 \u00d6rne\u011fin NPS 1\u201d olarak yap\u0131lan bir g\u00f6sterimde delik \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 1\u201doldu\u011fu boru kastedilir. Ancak yine her 1\u201d boru ayn\u0131 boru olmayaca\u011f\u0131ndan yan\u0131na et kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren Sch40 (Schedule 40), Sch80 (Schedule 80) gibi ilaveler yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Gerek Avrupa kullan\u0131m\u0131nda DN yerine gerekse Amerika kullan\u0131m\u0131nda NPS yerine NB(Nominal Bore) ifadesi de kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde bina tesisat\u0131nda en yayg\u0131n olarak TS EN 10255 orta seri \u00e7elik boru kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Haliyle i\u00e7 ya da d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap bilgisi eklenmeden sadece DNxx olarak yap\u0131lan bir g\u00f6sterimden TS EN 10255 normundaki borunun kastedildi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 PPR, HDPE,PVC gibi borulara ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda hatal\u0131 uygulamalarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu borular\u0131n d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn DN \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleriyle paralellik g\u00f6stermesi yanl\u0131\u015f anla\u015f\u0131lman\u0131n temel kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rne\u011fin 25mm d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131nda \u00fcretilen bir PPRC boru i\u00e7in DN25 ifadesi kullan\u0131lamaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc 25mm \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc PPR borunun d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131 vermektedir, DN g\u00f6sterimi ise yakla\u015f\u0131k i\u00e7 \u00e7ap\u0131 verir. PPR ve HDPE borularda bas\u0131n\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na paralel olarak boru et kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemli oranda de\u011fi\u015fir. Bu nedenle boru i\u00e7 \u00e7ap\u0131 ve bu \u00e7ap\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k geldi\u011fi DN kademesi de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterir. Tablo-1 den de g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi \u00fczere d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131 32mm olan PPR boru bir PN10 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda DN25\u2019e tekab\u00fcl ederken bir PN20 bas\u0131n\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda DN20\u2019ye tekab\u00fcl etmektedir. Bu nedenle PPR borular\u0131n g\u00f6steriminde anma \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda i\u00e7 \u00e7ap ya da et kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisinin verilmesi gereklidir. Bas\u0131n\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ederek \u201c\u00c7elik borunun bir \u00fcst \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131 alal\u0131m\u201d genellemesi de her zaman do\u011fru sonu\u00e7lar vermez.<\/p>\n<p>Teknik olarak PPR yada HDPE borularda DN g\u00f6steriminin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen uygulamada yukar\u0131da bahsedilen sebeplerden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc pek fazla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lmaz. Onun yerine d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6steren \u00d8 ifadesi kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00d8 bilgisinin yan\u0131na bas\u0131n\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 yada et kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisi yaz\u0131larak olas\u0131 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131klar tamam\u0131yla engellenmi\u015f olur. Mesela, \u00d832&#215;5,4mm ifadesiyle borunun d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131n\u0131n 32mm oldu\u011fu, et kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da 5,4mm oldu\u011fu netle\u015ftirilir. Yada \u00d832 SDR6 (PN20)denildi\u011finde yine yeterli bilgi verilmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-53\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/a2.jpg\" alt=\"a2\" width=\"860\" height=\"692\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde boru anma \u00e7aplar\u0131n\u0131n in\u00e7 cinsinden g\u00f6sterimi de olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. Ancak unutulmamal\u0131d\u0131r ki \u00bd\u201d boru, \u00be\u201d boru, 1\u201d boru, vs. denildi\u011finde, yine s\u0131ras\u0131yla, DN15 boru, DN20 boru, DN25 boru, vs. dendi\u011finde ne anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yorsa ayn\u0131s\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130n\u00e7 cinsinden verilen bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler de yakla\u015f\u0131k i\u00e7 \u00e7ap\u0131 vermektedir ve asla net \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcler de\u011fildir. \u00a0\u0130n\u00e7 ifadesi yerine terminoloji de \u201cparmak\u201d ifadesi de kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Etimolojik olarak in\u00e7 kelimesinin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmasa da d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede in\u00e7 yerine kendi dillerindeki \u201cparmak\u201d ifadesi ( daha do\u011frusu \u201cba\u015fparmak\u201d) ifadesi kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bunun k\u00f6keninde ortalama \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerdeki yeti\u015fkin birinin ba\u015fparma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n eninin yakla\u015f\u0131k bir in\u00e7 yani 25,4mm\u2019ye tekab\u00fcl etmesi yatmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 Tablo-1\u2019den DN g\u00f6sterimi ile in\u00e7\/parmak (&#8220;) g\u00f6sterimi aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7ap d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Yeri gelmi\u015fken, \u201cDi\u015fli olarak birle\u015ftirilecek borular parmak(&#8220;) olarak g\u00f6sterilir, kaynakl\u0131 olarak birle\u015ftirilecek borular \u201cDN\u201d olarak g\u00f6sterilir\u201d t\u00fcr\u00fcnden genel bir tan\u0131m ya da tarifin mevcut olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek gerekir. Belki proje \u00f6zelinde boru birle\u015ftirmeleri \u015feklinin kolay hat\u0131rda kalmas\u0131 ve \u00e7abuk \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131m yapmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00f6yle bir g\u00f6sterim tercih edilebilir ama kesinlikle genelleme yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Boru \u00c7ap\u0131 D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E\u011fer bir projede herhangi bir sebeple \u00e7elik borudan PP-R boruya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yap\u0131lmas\u0131 istenmi\u015fse ve tekrardan pompa basma y\u00fcksekli\u011fi hesaplar\u0131na girilmeyecekse ve boru malzemeleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan teknik bir sak\u0131ncas\u0131 yoksa b\u00f6yle bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Tesisat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yayg\u0131n olarak PP-R borular\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri Tablo-1 de, TS EN10255 Orta seri \u00e7elik borular\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcleri ise Tablo-2 de verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-54 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/benga.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/a3.jpg\" alt=\"a3\" width=\"451\" height=\"419\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Literat\u00fcrde bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131 hesab\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitli form\u00fcller mevcuttur. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada Darcy-Weisbach bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131 form\u00fcl\u00fc kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k boru i\u00e7i ak\u0131\u015fkan h\u0131z\u0131 2 m\/s aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oluncaya kadar \u00e7e\u015fitli kademelerdeki debi de\u011ferlerine denk gelen bas\u0131n\u00e7 kay\u0131plar\u0131, belli boru \u00e7aplar\u0131 i\u00e7in tek tek hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak yaz\u0131y\u0131 kendini tekrarlayan uzun hesaplamalara ve rakamlara bo\u011fmamak i\u00e7in sadece Grafik-1 de baz\u0131 \u00e7aplar i\u00e7in g\u00f6sterim yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00a0Ayr\u0131ca sadece 1m\/s h\u0131za tekab\u00fcl eden bas\u0131n\u00e7 kay\u0131plar\u0131 t\u00fcm boru cins ve \u00e7aplar\u0131 i\u00e7in Tablo-3 de verilmi\u015ftir. DN20 siyah yada galvaniz \u00e7elik boru i\u00e7in tercih edilmesi gereken PN20 PP-R boru d\u0131\u015f \u00e7ap\u0131 \u00d832tir,\u00a0 anma \u00e7ap\u0131 ise DN20 yada NPS 3\/4\u201d \u2018tir.\u00a0 (\u00c7ap ayn\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen galvaniz boru ve siyah boru aras\u0131ndaki bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 boru p\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden ileri gelmektedir. Galvaniz boruda p\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fck 0,15mm iken siyah boruda 0,045mm dolaylar\u0131ndad\u0131r.)<\/p>\n<p>Tablo-3\u2019de \u00f6ncelikle \u00e7elik borunun farkl\u0131 \u00e7aplar\u0131 i\u00e7in 1m\/s h\u0131z\u0131 verecek debi de\u011ferleri hesaplanm\u0131\u015f ve bunlara tekab\u00fcl eden bas\u0131n\u00e7 kay\u0131plar\u0131 mmSS cinsinden bulunmu\u015ftur. Daha sonra ayn\u0131 debi de\u011ferleri i\u00e7in PP-R borular\u0131n t\u00fcm \u00e7aplar\u0131 i\u00e7in bas\u0131n\u00e7 kay\u0131plar\u0131 da hesaplanarak tabloya yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 \u00c7elik boruda olu\u015fan bas\u0131n\u00e7 kayb\u0131n\u0131 yada daha az\u0131n\u0131 veren e\u015fle\u015fmeler ye\u015fil renk ile boyanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. %10-11 band\u0131nda bulunalar sar\u0131 renge boyanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u015fle\u015fmesi uygun olmayanlar ise ya k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 renge boyanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
